- Fill 1 ˝ quart pot or kettle with water
- Add 1-3 cinnamon sticks
- Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for another 10 minutes (watch that there is adequate water in the pot/kettle while simmering)
- Pour into a cup and enjoy-it is naturally sweet!*
