Recipe yummy fiber rich parfait and are you a happy pooper?

Yummy fiber rich parfait recipe and learn about the health benefits of fiber and probiotics.

 
Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain/vanilla fat-free yogurt-- (health benefit probiotics)
  • 2 cups your favorite organic granola-- (health benefit fiber)
  • 2 cups fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries (hulled or sliced) and/or other fruit such as bananas, peaches, or mangoes peeled and sliced --(health benefit antioxidants)
  • 4 tablespoon of walnuts (optional) --(health benefit omega-3)
Procedure:
Line up tall clear plastic cups or glasses.  Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into each glass/cup and smooth surface.  Spoon 2 tablespoons of granola over top and smooth surface.  Spoon 2 tablespoons of fruit over top and smooth surface.  Repeat the process adding a bit of walnuts (optional)
